Established in 2015, Hello Mozart is a boutique audio-visual creative agency dedicated to producing dynamic marketing assets for film, TV, music, fashion and social.
We’re looking for:
This is an entry-level role, although some experience and training would be beneficial. A basic understanding of post-production workflow is essential. We’re looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and organised individual with a love of independent film and TV, world cinema and documentaries.
Ingest materials from clients, reporting any technical problems to the appropriate editor
Sync sound and feature film/trailer audio stems
Create playouts, AAFs and EDLs when required.
Reversion assets to a variety of formats (16x9, 1x1, 4x5, 9x16 etc)
Prepare selects sequences and rough assemblies based on notes from the editors.
Create textless elements
Thoroughly QC all deliverables
Other duties and projects that may reasonably be required by the editors.
Set-up and implement processes to ensure smooth project management, under the supervision of senior management.
Bring fresh ideas and perspectives to all creative work and remote running of the studio.
Create content for the Hello Mozart website and social channels.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects
A keen eye for detail and a meticulous approach to schedules, project management and deadlines.
Be able to remain calm in high-pressure scenarios, never letting the pressure affect the quality and precision of the work.
Be proactive in their own time management and ways in which to help the smooth remote operation of the Hello Mozart studio.
Working From Home and Covid-19 Statement
Due to the unprecedented circumstances the world is experiencing due to the Covid-19 pandemic, to begin with, this will be a temporary position. We are currently running our operations remotely and will be for the foreseeable future, this means we welcome applications from anywhere in the UK, however it’s important that you have access to high speed internet, costs associated with any upgrade required will be covered.
We will supply all the required tech - computer, hard drives and server access etc.
You should have a suitable space at home for working. We take the mental health and personal wellbeing of our team very seriously and therefore, where possible, we will be flexible around working hours and breaks under the current pressures of the pandemic.

Interviews: 3rd / 4th September (will be held via Zoom)
Start date: w/c 7th September 2020
Salary: Salary and commission structure dependent on experience.
Hours: Part time - three days a week. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
